Man, this year is flying by. I cannot believe it is September already! I am so ready for fall! It's still about 90 degrees here but with September comes the promise of cooler weather and the accompanying scarves and sweaters.
Happiness.
School has started and I am enjoying it so far. Mostly because I haven't had any hard work yet. I suspect that will change once I have to start doing some hardcore writing. Right now I'm floating along, trying to keep from thinking about it , and enjoying the learning.
I keep telling myself that there is no way that I can fail after hearing old student stories from my teachers. I may not be Charles Dickens but at least I know not to use "ur" in place of "you are" in a research paper. Apparently there are people that do such things(I cringe in horror).
August was so busy for us and I'm not sure that it will be slowing down anytime soon with school and the holidays coming up. Time to pull out all the fall decor! Bring on the pumpkins!
Oh, and remember back when I showed you the nursery mood board over two years ago? Yeah, that room is finally done and we'll be up on the blog in the next couple weeks. Be watching for the big reveal! I'm so excited about it!
